We had a special guest in our latest episode. Gisele Kolbrich is a fellow realtor in Orlando. Originally from Brazil, she has built a remarkable career in real estate, owning Top Florida Homes with her husband since 2021.

“Personal items should be minimized,” Gisele advises. “You want the buyer to walk into a house and see a blank canvas where they can paint their own lives.
Remove family photos, personal collections, and anything that’s too specific to your taste.”
Depersonalization helps in making the house feel like a potential home for anyone. It’s about striking a balance between warmth and neutrality, allowing buyers to project their style and life onto the space.
